Brian is retired from the U.S. Navy. He has spent many years in the corporate world where he finished as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch. In 2000, Brian entered the Home Inspection profession. He has completed the Inspection Depot Home Inspection Training Program (66 hours) and the Inspection Depot New Construction Inspection Training Program (30 hours). Brian has completed Ameripro Inspection Corporation’s intensive on the job-training program. He has passed the National Home Inspectors examination and the ASHI Standards and Ethics Examination. Brian has since worked with over 2,000 customers. Brian also spent a year as Ameripro Inspection Corporation’s general manager, setting up systems and training for new inspectors. Brian has also become an instructor for Inspection Depot where he presents the Home Inspection Training Course, National Home Inspection Exam Prep Course and other courses and seminars at various association conferences.
Carl Sanders

Carl is retired from the military and has spent the last year in the home inspection industry. He has completed the Alliance Home Inspection Course (60) hours, the Inspection Depot Home Inspection Training (66 hours) and the Inspection Depot New Construction Inspection Training Program (30 hours). Carl has also completed Ameripro Inspection Corporation’s intensive on the job training program. He has passed the ASHI Standards and Ethics Examination. Prior to entering the home inspection profession, Carl spent the last 6 years of his Military career conducting detailed inspections for the Navy on advanced weapons systems.
Gerald is a State of Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRCO #15800) and a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He served as carpentry instructor for the educational arm of NAHB for nine years. Gerald earned an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from FCCJ, and has more than twenty years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Gerald is an active candidate member of ASHI.
Russell Kindl
Russell is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). Russell is also an SBCCI Certified Building Inspector, an EDI Certified EIFS (Synthetic Stucco) Inspector/Moisture Analyst, and a Duval County Certified Journeyman Craftsman in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration.
William Lambert

William is a State of Florida Certified General and Residential Contractor (CGC #017885) with almost thirty years of construction industry experience. He has been flood-certified by the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) and also has an Adjuster's License for the State of Texas. William is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Kevin has over 20 years experience designing, inspecting, and auditing complex technical products and facility installations. He is certified by the American Society for Quality as an Engineer and Auditor. Kevin is also certified in Resale Home Inspections and New Construction Inspection. He holds degrees in electronics, computer science, chemistry, biophysical and biochemical sciences. Kevin is a candidate of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Dan has been involved in the construction and remodeling industry since the early 1980s when he ran his own construction and remodeling company until 2005. Dan has attended many seminars relating to construction and remodeling and has worked with literally hundreds of home owners and customers alike over the years. His in-depth knowledge of repairs and remodeling makes him an excellent home inspector from a problem solving perspective. Dan completed the AAA School of Home Inspection course in 2004 and the Inspection Depot Home Inspection Training Program in 2005. Dan also studied rigorously and passed the National Home Inspectors Examination and the ASHI Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics Examination. Dan also passed the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors Examination and their Standards and Ethics Examination. Martin has completed the Inspection Depot Home Inspection Training Program (66 hours) and the Inspection Depot New Construction Inspection Training Program (30 hours). Martin has completed Ameripro Inspection Corporation’s intensive on the job training program. Martin has passed the National Home Inspectors examination and the ASHI Standards and Ethics Examination. Prior to entering the home inspection profession, Martin worked with a framing contractor, and a crew leader for finish and frame construction. Martin has been involved in the renovation of many homes in the Jacksonville area. Martin is also a member of AmeriPro's Community Volunteer program.
Tom has been involved in the home inspection industry for over 1 year. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and holds numerous certification programs in mechanical and electronic engineering. Tom worked for SAWTEK Inc. in Apopka, Florida for almost 10 years as an electro-mechanical engineering designer for manufacturing plant and equipment. Tom completed Inspection Depot’s Home Inspection Training Program (66 hours) and New Construction Inspection Training Program (30 hours). Tom also completed Ameripro’s in-depth 3-month on-the-job training program. Tom’s excellent analytical and communication abilities make him an extremely organized inspector.
Michael Rowan
Michael started his career in home inspections in 1985. Michael attended college full-time and secured a diploma in Building Surveying/Inspection after which he spent 4 years finalizing his degree in Building Surveying/Inspection from Reading University, England. Following this qualification, Michael secured a Post Graduate Degree in Construction Project Management and immigrated to the United States. Upon immigrating, Michael finalized his State Certified General Contractor’s License in the state of Florida, became a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI) and has taken numerous seminars and courses. Michael is also State certified to teach a home inspection course under Inspection Depot, Inc. and other courses associated with the home inspection industry. Michael has written the Home Guide reporting system and many other articles that are used in local, regional and national trade journals. Michael has personally completed over 10,000 home and building inspections.

Guillermo Vargas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colombia's St. Thomas University, and received his doctorate (Ph.D.) in Environmental Engineering from Colombia's prestigious National University. He also taught environmental science for two years as a professor at LaSalle University, Colombia. In addition to his impressive educational achievements, Guillermo spent 13 years as a licensed engineer, gaining valuable hands-on field experience in both commercial and residential projects. He also speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Guillermo immigrated to the United States in 2001, and immediately began to polish his professional credentials by acquiring additional training in the home inspection industry. He has successfully completed formal training programs here in Florida, spanning both new construction and re-sale inspecting. Guillermo brings a wealth of experience to every inspection, and he is dedicated to providing the highest quality in inspection services to his clients and Realtor associates.
Pete Campbell - Commercial Inspector
Specializing in commercial building inspections, Pete earned a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering in 1983 and worked in various capacities for commercial general contractors for the next 17 years, starting as a Field Engineer and progressing up through the ranks as a Project Engineer, Project Superintendent and finally a Project Manager. As a Project Manager in Dallas, TX Pete was personally responsible for supervising six to seven projects and superintendents at a time and ensuring the timely completion of an annual volume of $25 million work in place, earning him the designation as the most profitable Project Manager in the 30 year history of the company. Pete's various general contractor positions have always involved a major responsibility for inspection of work in progress to verify compatibility with project specifications. This involves detailed knowledge of the work of all the trades.
In 2000 Pete worked as a lender's consultant for two years in the southwest U.S. acting as the lender's technical eyes and ears before and during construction to help the lender reach the right funding and business decisions. His major responsibility was the monthly inspections of 25 to 30 multi-million dollar commercial and muli-family construction projects to inspect the work in place. Pete moved to Florida in 2003 and established a very successful and profitable home and commercial building inspection company, completing over 2,000 inspections. He has since become involved in leadership capacities of two of the highest regarded state inspector associations, working diligently to draft home inspector licensing legislation and to promote strict Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics for the top 400 inspectors in Florida.
